NOKIA WORLD 2010: Nokia E7 gets official

The Symbian^3 parade at the ongoing Nokia World 2010 continues with the official arrival of the Nokia E7, what they call the ultimate business smartphone. Nokia Philippines, we want to play with this bad boy.

Taking a cue from the letter “E” in “E7,” this phone’s targeted more at the business-minded individuals. Thanks to Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync, you’d be able to access your office emails and other personal applications. It comes with a huge, tilting 4-inch touch screen, which uses what the Finns call CBD [ClearBlackDisplay] technology for better outdoor visibility. (The Nokia C7 also has a CBD display.) Another thing: The E7 has enough juice to create PowerPoint presentations and view spreadsheets on the fly. Other goodies that the Nokia E7 is sporting include a full-QWERTY keyboard and an 8-megapixel camera (with dual-LED flash) that can record 720p videos.

The E7 is set to roll out together with the C6 and C7 by the end of the year and will be available for €495 (about P28,100).
